On April 24th, we came together for something that never gets old

— Betts’ annual profit-sharing meeting — and this year, it carried even more meaning as we officially kicked off the celebration of our 125th anniversary as a family-owned company.

Milestones like this have a way of making you pause.

One hundred twenty-five years. That’s half the age of our nation. It’s a number that represents far more than longevity — it represents generations of people who chose to show up, work hard, and build something that lasts. Countless men and women have shaped Betts into what it is today, and those of us here now have the privilege of carrying that forward.
