On April 24th, we came together for something that never gets old

Betts’ annual profit-sharing meeting — and this year, it carried even more meaning as we officially kicked off the celebration of our 125th anniversary as a family-owned company.

Milestones like this have a way of making you pause.

One hundred twenty-five years. That’s half the age of our nation. It’s a number that represents far more than longevity — it represents generations of people who chose to show up, work hard, and build something that lasts. Countless men and women have shaped Betts into what it is today, and those of us here now have the privilege of carrying that forward.

We don’t take that lightly.

At Betts, we’ve always believed in doing things the right way — what we call “Do What’s Best.” It’s a simple idea, but it’s guided us for more than a century. It shows up in how we treat our customers, how we innovate, and most importantly, how we take care of our people.

Because the truth is, our success has never just been about the products we manufacture — critical safety components used around the world — it’s about the people behind them. The families. The careers. The shared sense of purpose.

That’s why gatherings like this matter. Profit sharing isn’t just a program — it’s a reflection of what we believe: when our employees succeed, the company succeeds. And when the company succeeds, that success ripples out into the community.

And that brings me to something bigger.

You don’t build a 125-year company in just any place.

You build it in a community that supports you, challenges you, and grows with you. For us, that place has always been Warren County.

In a world where companies often leave their roots behind, we’ve chosen to deepen ours. Our headquarters is still here. Our facilities have expanded here. Our people live here, raise families here, and invest their lives here.

Warren County offers something that’s getting harder to find — a place where you can build a meaningful career without sacrificing quality of life. Where innovation and industry exist alongside natural beauty, strong schools, and a true sense of community. Where neighbors know each other, and businesses are part of something bigger than themselves.

It’s not just a place to work. It’s a place to stay.

As we celebrate 125 years, we’re incredibly grateful — to those who came before us, to those who are part of Betts today, and to the community that has made all of this possible.

And as we look ahead, our commitment remains the same: to our employees, to our customers, and to Warren County — a place we’re proud to call home, and a place we believe others will be proud to call home too.
