About Warren Worx
Warren Worx is a county-wide initiative led by the Warren County Chamber of Business & Industry, in partnership with Warren County and the City of Warren. It was created in response to sustained population decline and workforce shrinkage, with a unified mission to make Warren County a thriving “community of choice” for residents, businesses, and newcomers
Mission & Vision
Guided by Warren County’s comprehensive plan, Warren Worx fosters collaboration across sectors to implement coordinated development strategies. Its core goals include retaining local families, attracting new ones, boosting business activity, and strengthening area-wide branding effort.

What We Do
Branding & Marketing
In its first major project, Warren Worx commissioned Truth Collective to craft a unified brand identity for the county, including vision and mission statements, to help all townships and partner organizations present a cohesive narrative to potential residents and investors.

Stakeholder Engagement
Monthly public stakeholder meetings help define priorities aligned with the county’s comprehensive plans. These meetings rotate locations to reach diverse communities and maintain high involvement.

Business & Workforce Support
Through surveys and outreach, Warren Worx gathers input from local business owners to identify challenges and tailor workforce initiatives, especially focused on retaining graduating students and engaging returning young adults.

Pilot Projects & Connectivity
Early wins include securing funding to install free mobile WiFi hotspots in communities like Tidioute, Sheffield, Sugar Grove, Youngsville, and Warren, supporting access and inclusion in each community.

Community Involvement
Warren Worx operates through subcommittees—Business Development, Quality of Life, and Marketing, with the public invited to participate and shape its direction. Local volunteers, agencies, schools, and civic groups are actively involved in participatory planning and identifying projects that matter most.
Get Involved
Warren Worx welcomes participation from businesses, local organizations, and residents. Monthly stakeholder meetings, project surveys, and volunteer opportunities are open to the public—help shape the future of Warren County.
