Why Warren County is Home

Hear why local leader Danielle Flasher believes Warren County is a place where “the sky is the limit.” A lifelong resident born at Warren General Hospital in 1995, Danielle is a multi-generational local with roots in the area dating back to the late 1800s. As she puts it, “Warren County is in my DNA at this point,” and she truly cannot imagine living anywhere else.

A Deep Sense of Community
Currently serving as the Vice President of the Warren City Council and the County’s Grants Administrator, Danielle has a unique vantage point on our region’s growth and potential. She highlights the “deep sense of community” that defines our “little corner of the earth”—a place where neighbors help neighbors and friends support friends.

For Danielle, the most exciting part of life in Warren County is the opportunity for progress. She emphasizes that there is a robust support system in place for anyone willing to step into leadership or start a new venture.

Support for Local Entrepreneurs
If you are looking to start a business, Danielle encourages you to reach out to the Warren County Chamber of Business and Industry (WCCBI). She highlights the invaluable resources available to help navigate what can often feel like an insurmountable task, including:

  • Entrepreneurial classes and workshops to get you started.
  • Small business packets and direct guidance from local business leaders.
  • Prime real estate pockets throughout the county to “set up shop.”

Danielle is particularly proud to see dozens of new businesses opening in the City of Warren over the past year—a direct result of a community that actively embraces and supports its local entrepreneurs.

Danielle’s story is just one of many—and this can be you. Whether you are a native returning home or an aspiring business owner looking for a supportive place to grow, Warren County is ready to welcome you.
